1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Airplugs Adventures, Tina Ferlan s.p., including but not limited to custom-made earplugs (Airplugs), skydiving and tunnel coaching, camps, events, and retreats.
By using our website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and Appointments
All Airplugs are individually custom-made for each customer. Orders are confirmed only after a personal fitting appointment or a confirmed event booking.
Appointments for fittings, coaching, and camps must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to force majeure (e.g., weather conditions, safety reasons).
3. Payment
Payment must be completed as agreed upon during booking. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and other payment methods listed on our website.
All prices are in EUR (€), unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the listed price and will be charged separately, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be redeemed exclusively for Airplugs Adventures services and products.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Airplugs (fittings): Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Coaching / camps / events:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before the event: full refund.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the event:
- The coaching fee (30% of the total coaching price) must be paid, even if not prepaid.
- Any tunnel time or skydiving slots already booked remain on the participant’s account (with the tunnel or event organizer) and can be used at a later date.
- If the participant finds a replacement person who takes over the tunnel time and coaching, the full booking can be transferred to the new person at no extra cost.
If an event is canceled by us (e.g., due to weather or insufficient participants), a full refund will be issued.
6. Product Use & Disclaimer
Airplugs are designed to protect hearing but cannot fully eliminate the risk of hearing damage, infections, or other ear-related issues.
Users are responsible for proper use and maintenance. Instructions are provided with each product and published on our website.
7. Liability
Participation in skydiving, tunnel coaching, or retreats involves inherent risks. By booking and participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Airplugs Adventures (Tina Ferlan s.p.) is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses occurring during activities.
8. Personal Data & Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation (GDPR).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, photos, videos, logos) is the intellectual property of Airplugs Adventures unless otherwise stated. It may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Slovenia.
