FAQs

How long do custom Airplugs last?

On average, they last around 4 years, depending on care and usage. We recommend regular check-ups and cleaning to extend their life.

Can I use Airphones under a helmet?

Yes! They are designed to be low profile and comfortable under all types of helmets, including skydiving and motorcycling helmets.

Are they waterproof?

Solid Airplugs are waterproof and designed for use in water, but they are not suitable for diving due to pressure changes. Acoustic filters are not waterproof, and neither are the headphones.

How do I order them?

Simply book an appointment for an ear impression at our events or contact us directly. Once your impressions are made, production takes about 1-3 days.
