Who we are

We are Marko and Tina — both skydivers and indoor skydivers, passionate about flying and freedom. Our story started in the sky and wind tunnels, where we realized the importance of good hearing protection. Together, we have spent years traveling, training, and growing a community of adventurous people across Europe. Our mission was always to combine freedom, fun, and safety in everything we do.

About Marko

Marko is a passionate and highly experienced skydiver and tunnel coach — and above all, he works with his heart. ❤️

He is an AFF instructor, rigger, and freefly coach with extensive experience in competitions and record jumps.

Marko has competed in international freefly competitions and was part of big-way head-up and head-down records.

In the tunnel, he is a certified TI instructor (A, A+, B) and trainer, working with all levels to build awareness, precision, and flow.

About Tina & How Airplugs started

When we started working professionally in indoor skydiving, we realized the extreme importance of ear protection. That’s when Tina started creating Airplugs — custom-fit earplugs made with love and precision. Over the years, she has made hundreds of Airplugs for happy users around Europe and beyond. While many are skydivers, Airplugs are also popular among musicians, industrial workers, and anyone who wants to protect their hearing in daily life.

From Airplugs to Airplugs Adventures

In 2024, Airplugs grew into Airplugs Adventures. We combined our knowledge, skills, and passions to expand our services beyond hearing protection. We believe in offering tailor-made adventures and events that connect people to nature, to each other, and to themselves. The idea is to create experiences that are as personal and meaningful as the earplugs we make.

Moving to Bovec

We finally found our dream location in Bovec, Slovenia — a true paradise for adventurers. With the mountains, rivers, and endless skies, it’s the perfect place to live our vision of freedom, focus, and fun. This move gave us the space and inspiration to create not only custom earplugs but also unique retreats, coaching, and outdoor experiences for everyone looking to escape the noise of everyday life.

Why “Less noise – more fun”

For us, “noise” isn’t only sound — it also means daily stress, distractions, and mental chatter that prevent us from enjoying life and performing at our best. Our slogan “Less noise – more fun” is an invitation to reduce both physical and mental noise. We are working with experts in stress relief to create custom-made retreats and small, intimate events that help you reset, recharge, and refocus. Just like our Airplugs, every experience is designed to fit you perfectly and support your personal journey.

Our passion

Tina focuses on handcrafting Airplugs and organizing events — something she truly loves. Marko is a professional skydiver, instructor, and coach, with experience as a competitor and a record holder. Teaching in the tunnel and in the sky is his true passion, and he is known for his exceptional skills and dedication to helping others grow. Together, we build a community where everyone feels safe, inspired, and free to explore their limits.
